The host hotel for the 2013 CGA Strategic Conference is the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel, which is directly adjacent and connected to the Palm Springs Convention Center. Located in scenic Palm Springs California at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains, the resort offers a uniquely upscale experience including spacious guest rooms, cosmopolitan spa and is just a short walk to downtown Palm Springs. The Hilton Palm Springs and Courtyard Palm Springs will serve as a secondary hotel options and are both walking distance to the convention center.

Ways to Book Hotel Reservations
Conference hotel registration process is closed. Should you wish to secure a reservation at one of the conference hotels, please contact the hotel directly: The Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel (760-322-6000) or Hilton Palm Springs (760-318-8536) or Courtyard Palm Springs (760-322-6100). Be sure to identify yourself as part of the CGA Strategic Conference to receive the group reservation rate.
Cancellations/Changes/Refunds
Reservations cancelled after September 5, 2013 and prior to 24 hours before arrival date will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee for each room cancelled, charged by Orchid Event Solutions. Deposit of one night’s room and tax will be forfeited entirely if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of arrival date.
Through September 23, send requests for changes and cancellations in writing to Orchid Event Solutions via email ([email protected]) or fax to (801) 355-0250. After September 23, contact hotels directly to make changes and cancellations.

Requests are subject to approval from CGA Show Management. It is our policy that Conference attendees are not allowed to sponsor any functions that conflict with a scheduled Conference event. This applies to events held in hotel suites, meeting rooms and at any outside location.
